Survivor #2 evokes the presence of an ancient, timeworn artifact—something corroded and buried, yet intact. Turned from maple wood, its bold form is carved with directional grooves that suggest erosion, impact, and exposure over time.

The surface is treated with reactive paints that mimic the patina of oxidized metal, giving the vessel a sculptural, archaeological feel—like a relic from a forgotten civilization, preserved by chance and resilience.
